Avantha Arachchi is a behaviorist and researcher by skillset and an HR and operations leader by trade. After the successful acquisition of Avametric, a simulation & computer graphics startup where she led people and operations, she is now Director of Talent and Special Projects at Gerber Technology, a global software and hardware company that is a mainstay in the fashion design and manufacturing industry.

Being a transgender woman-of-color in tech, she also promotes the business case for diversity & inclusivity both by the nature of her existence and the concepts she champions in people operations.
