Speakers
Fran Pionegro, Vice President, Facilities, Equinox
Fran Pionegro is responsible for building the backbone of support for several Equinox initiatives, from cycling classes to running labs and anything fitness that enhances the member experience. She works across teams on the wearable side of the business, helping with shop design, lighting, product layout, and more. Fran recently spent time at Tory Burch, working with their creative team on the Fitbit sleeve design and Tory Sport.
Mark Fisher, Co-Founder, Mark Fisher Fitness
Mark is the co-founder of Mark Fisher Fitness, a boutique studio in midtown Manhattan that was #312 on the 2015 Inc 500 list of fastest growing companies in America. MFF’s inclusive and unconventional approach has made them a go to fitness destination for the Broadway community and the broader LGBT community. Outside of MFF, Mark speaks internationally on fitness, organizational culture, and personal development. He also likes naps.
Thinh Vu, Product Manager, ClassPass
Thinh Vu is a product manager at ClassPass, and is responsible for driving the effort on user growth and analytics. Previously, he was a product manager at luxury startup AHAlife where he helped empower designers with digital storefronts. He graduated from Princeton University and learned coding from the Flatiron School.
Benjamin Solomon, Senior Creative Strategist, Vox Media (Moderator)
Benjamin Solomon is a writer and editor based in New York City. He is currently the Sr. Creative Strategist for Vox Media. His work has be seen in Wired, New York, Bloomberg.com, VanityFair.com, Travel + Leisure. He also served as the editor of Next Magazine from 2009 – 2013.
