The event will be an opportunity to connect with hundreds of Out in Tech members looking for their next job opportunities! In small breakout rooms for 20-minute rounds, we will connect you with candidates whose interest and skills match the roles you are recruiting for.

We welcome allies for this event, though they should be prepared to discuss how your company offers a positive environment for LGBTQ+ employees. Your recruiters should be available from 3 to 5p ET for the recruiting rounds (the first hour will be general career-readiness workshops).
