Dating apps have changed how the queer community connects across the globe, and were here for it. Over 2/3 of queer couples meet online.


Join Out in Tech SF for a panel featuring the brains behind these apps to discuss design, what inclusion means on these platforms, and technologys implications on the psychology of romance.

Dr. Frankie is the CEO & Founder of LittleGayBook.com, which focuses on personalized matchmaking for lesbians and bisexual women, and has successfully connected couples across the United States for the last decade.





Lana Dam


Director of Product Management at Tinder


Lana oversees Tinder recommendations and member to member communication. Lana has more than 10 years of experience building great consumer products at eBay, Ooyala, and Netflix prior to joining Tinder. Her focus is to build products that are simple and fun to use at scale. Lana has an MBA from MIT, Sloan School of Management.

Robyn is the CEO & Founder of HER, the world’s largest brand for LGBTQ+ womxn & queer people. HER is home to 4 million people across the world, with dating and community connections, and their events run in 15 cities, hosting 50,000 people per year. HER is opening up opportunities for LGBTQ+ womxn that never existed before.





Cynthia Rouf, J.D.


Matchmaking Industry Consultant and Policy Designer


Cynthia is a policy designer and advisor to companies in the matchmaking space. She was also the #1 grossing matchmaker-coach for 3 consecutive years at Tawkify, the nation’s now-largest matchmaking firm. As a side passion, Cynthia still dabbles in helping individual daters find love.
